Hi Support Team,

I am trying to add my client’s domain `kreasihexa.com` to my Netlify team, but I am getting the error: _“already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”_. The previous developer has left the company and we no longer have access to that old account.

To prove ownership, I have already configured the required TXT record:

- **Host:** `verified-for-netlify`

- **Value:** `lucent-zuccutto-4d218d.netlify.app`

Could you please help to release/unlink this domain from the old team so I can add it to my current project?

Thank you!
