Site: sobbiasaleemtherapy.netlify.app
Domains added as aliases: sobbiasaleem.com, sobbiasaleem.co.uk
Nameservers set (Namecheap → Custom DNS): dns1.p03.nsone.net, dns2.p03.nsone.net, dns3.p03.nsone.net, dns4.p03.nsone.net
When changed: over a week ago (20 June)
Debugging already done:
- Namecheap confirmed via support and a supervisor that the nameserver change saved correctly on their end.
- WHOIS confirms the registry itself shows the correct Netlify nameservers for domains.
- Global DNS propagation check (whats my dns. net, NS record type) shows almost every location worldwide still returning the old nameservers for both domains, with only a few scattered outlier locations showing the new ones — over a week after the change, well past normal propagation time.
Since the registry-level change is confirmed correct on the registrar side, this looks consistent with an inactive or unsynced DNS zone on Netlify’s side rather than anything outstanding on the domain/registrar side. Could someone check the DNS zone status for these two domains and trigger a manual sync/repair if needed?
Happy to provide any further details.
