DNS zone already exists on NS1 for my domain: minimumwageofficial.com

Hello Netlify Support,

I’m trying to use the domain minimumwageofficial.com with Netlify DNS.

However, I keep getting the message that a DNS zone already exists on NS1.

I do not have access to the previous DNS provider (if any), and I believe this is blocking my domain from working with Netlify.

Could you please remove the existing DNS zone from NS1 or escalate this issue to your internal team?

Select ‘DNS Zone Conflict’ or ‘Another site is using this domain’
Then provide the relevant details.
