I’m having trouble with domain configuration for mop-okinawa.com.

Current Situation:

  • Domain: mop-okinawa.com
  • External DNS provider: Onamae.com (Japanese registrar)
  • DNS records are correctly configured and propagated globally
  • However, Netlify still shows “DNS verification failed”

DNS Configuration:

  • A record: @ → 99.83.190.102
  • CNAME record: www → luminous-rugelach-09dba4.netlify.app
  • Using external nameservers (not Netlify DNS)

Issue:
Despite correct DNS configuration and global propagation, the domain verification continues to fail in Netlify’s system.

Could you please manually verify and refresh the DNS status for this domain? I believe this may require manual intervention from your team.
