DNS verification failed even though DNS is correctly configured

Hello Netlify Support,

I’m having an issue with SSL provisioning for my custom domain.

Site:
gonggongbeauty.netlify.app

Custom Domain:

Current error:

DNS verification failed
gonggongbeauty.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.

What I’ve already verified:

  • DNS is hosted at Gabia (External DNS)

  • A records:
    75.2.60.5
    99.83.190.102

  • www CNAME:
    gonggongbeauty.netlify.app

  • DNSChecker confirms the records globally.

  • nslookup also returns the correct Netlify IP addresses.

  • No other Netlify project is using this domain.

  • The domain was removed from the previous project.

  • HTTPS still cannot be provisioned.

  • Renew Certificate always fails with the same DNS verification error.

Could you please check if the domain is stuck internally or if the DNS verification cache needs to be refreshed?

This issue started after moving the custom domain from another Netlify project to this project.
