DNS support ticket has no feedback

MY DNS + cert expired 3 days ago, and I submitted a request to renew yesterday - after expiry. I’m very sorry that I missed the renewal deadline, but when submitted a request via the form there is no feedback as to what happened to the request. No ticket number, no email confirmation.

Could you please allow me to renew my DNS with you? I am stuck in limbo as I can’t renew the cert with you despite wanting to. narcolepsyconnect.org is the domain. I would appreciate guidance into how I can renew an expired domain. I hope im just missing something simple.
