DNS settings for a subdomain when the main core domain name is hosted at Siteground

What are the DNS entries for a subdomain when the base domain is hosted at Siteground.

The subdomain I have been trying to get set-up is freebies.seniorpreneurlab.com. Just need the exact entries for DNS so that it will work.

New to Netlify so might be a beginner question but it has a hurdle for couple days now.

A CNAME pointing to: <site-name>.netlify.app

I tried this but get the following error message:### You cannot create a CNAME record for a hostname that already has a DNS record created for it.

You need to contact Siteground for help in that case.
