I brought my domain over to netlify over a week ago, maybe two weeks ago, and yesterday got some help with where I purchased my email through. They sent me this DNS propogation link and I still have a bunch of red x’s. What do I need to do to fix this?

The link shows red crosses for a TXT record on 4 servers when I checked. The failure is due to a server error—e.g. it did not respond. This is nothing you can fix.
There is as far as I can see no issues with the DNS configuration for amandadiver.com.
