Hi, @anthony, our support team can assist with troubleshooting. The following information will help us to do so:
- the domain name requested
- the IP address of the DNS resolver used
- the IP address for the system making the request
- the day of the request
- the time of the request
- the timezone the time is in
I did some research already based on what I could see in the screenshot.
It looks like the domain name in the screenshot is
orderbook.globalpack.biz. If so, that DNS hosting isn’t at Netlify. If that is the correct domain name, we are unable to troubleshoot further. Again, if I’m correct about the domain name, please contact the DNS service provider for questions about DNS issues.
We can troubleshoot DNS issue if we host the DNS for the domain name. Because we don’t host this DNS we don’t have any additional insight into why it might be failing. (In other words, we cannot troubleshoot what we don’t control.)
