# DNS on another team

I’m sorry you feel that our response times are not in line with your expectations. In the forums you can expect a response within 3 to 4 BUSINESS days your first post was one day ago. Additionally this is the third post you’ve made in the forums. When you make duplicate post about the same issue it slows us down.

I understand what your problem is, but as I mentioned in the threads before I cannot remove the DNS from your other account without proof you own the domain. How do you get proof? Well go to [name.com](http://name.com) and set a TXT record with a link to the unlocked thread. From there I can remove the DNS Zone
