My custom domain docsbrain.doccomfort.net (primary domain on my doccomfortsbrain project) has been stuck on “Waiting on DNS propagation” for many hours and the Let’s Encrypt certificate never provisions.
DNS is correct and verified: it’s on external DNS (Cloudflare), the record is a CNAME → apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com (resolves to 75.2.60.5 / 99.83.231.61), “Verify DNS configuration” passes, there’s no CAA record and no DNSSEC issue, and Certificate Transparency logs (crt.sh) show no certificate was ever issued for the hostname. I can’t remove/re-add the domain to force a re-provision because it’s the primary domain.
I suspect the earlier failed attempts (during a prior DNS misconfiguration) tripped a Let’s Encrypt rate limit. Could you please force-reissue / clear the stuck certificate for docsbrain.doccomfort.net? Thank you.
