I am writing to formally contest invoice number WHRQOZ-00009 dated May 21, 2026. My account/team shared-dxhxzkg was explicitly on the “Free Tier” (I have screenshots proving this), yet your system automatically generated a $20 charge for a “Base Plan”.
Due to this error and the broken interface, I have now completely deleted my Netlify account. I request that this invoice be cancelled immediately and that no charges are made to my payment method. If money has already been deducted, I request a full refund.
I did so already 4 days ago. You just made my post invisible, closed it and your bot sent me a generic message that your support crew will reach out to me. which they did not do.
“Customer service” - it looks like this is new concept to you.
