Delete my delete account

  1. “Please delete my Netlify account; I’m unable to log in.”
  2. “When I attempted to sign up, my account got suspended, and I can’t sign up using my email.”
  3. “After creating a GitHub account and attempting to log in with it, I encountered an error: ‘We already have a registered user with this email.’”

What email is on the account so we can check?


Hi, so I checked and your account was blocked. Your account was automatically marked as spam as an effort to crack down on potential fraudulent behaviour. Please see our VP of security response regarding this.

You should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in (again) with the email you supplied and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. Please view a list of acceptable documentation for your country here. If you are not prompted to do this please submit a support ticket and mark the reason as “signup/login”.

If you do not want to verify your ID you can bypass this step by signing up for a Pro tier account.

that’s why im saying, please delete/remove my account/mail from netlify, so i can sign in again.

Yes and i’m saying you do not have an account on our platform. Try signing up again.
