Data-netlify-identity-button generates text multiple times

It looks like something is wrong either with my setup (most probable) or Netlify widget.

When implementing the button identity button on my site in the footer, the div data-netlify-identity-button for some reason generates the text for the button multiple times.

As I have no control over the widget itself, I’d like to know what could cause this.

Nevermind, I have just removed the netlify-identity-button class object and used a link with onclick=“netlifyIdentity.open();” instead.
