Hello Netlify Support,
I need assistance from a Netlify support representative with an ongoing custom-domain/DNS issue that I have been unable to resolve.
I am the President of the Central Virginia Chapter of the WVU Alumni Association, and our chapter website is hosted on Netlify.
Our Netlify-hosted website is working correctly at:
However, our custom domains are not properly reaching the website:

The actual website is still online and accessible through the Netlify URL, so the site itself does not appear to be the problem. The problem appears to involve the custom-domain configuration, DNS, nameservers, SSL, or the connection between the domains and Netlify.
I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this and need someone from Netlify to please review the configuration on your end rather than simply referring me to general DNS documentation.
This is the public website for our nonprofit alumni chapter, and we are beginning our 2026–2027 membership drive and football game-watch season. We need the public domains functioning again as soon as possible.
I would greatly appreciate having an actual support representative review the account and tell me specifically what needs to be corrected.
