I’ve changed nameserver in my registrar from netlify nameserver to other nameserver, and every time I change it, my website is suddenly crashed and not working anymore unless I change nameserver back to netlify’s. How to fix that? Is that a restriction or can be configure?

You’ll need to configure the DNS at your registrar to either Netlify DNS (where you use the Netlify name servers) or External DNS (where you can use your registrar’s name servers, but you’ll need to create an A Record and CNAME Record).
Could you tell us which Netlify site you’re having this issue with? Please provide the sitename (such as sitename.netlify.app).
