Custom domain trustrun.it returns 500 while .netlify.app subdomain works fine

Subject: Custom domain returns 500 while .netlify.app URL works fine

My custom domain trustrun.it returns HTTP 500 (“Error - Request ID: 01KXM0VNEYZW3JYC11RPF8RRDW”) on every request, including static assets like robots.txt.

However, the direct Netlify URL monumental-sherbet-af5f9a.netlify.app serves the site perfectly.

Already checked/excluded on my side:

  • Latest deploy is published and green (main@da322bf / 8481e6e)
  • Rollback to a previously working deploy does NOT fix it (also 500)
  • “Clear cache and deploy” does NOT fix it
  • Bandwidth usage is minimal (~206 MB, well within free limits)
  • Netlify status page shows all systems operational
  • DNS is configured via Netlify DNS, all green, trustrun.it is primary domain
  • SSL certificate is valid (Let’s Encrypt, *.trustrun.it + trustrun.it), just renewed at 1:08 AM today

The site is fully functional on the .netlify.app subdomain — only the custom domain trustrun.it returns 500. Please investigate the domain routing on your end.
