Custom domain stuck on "Preparing domain" for 4+ days - DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Hey Netlify team,
I’m having trouble with my custom domain expandmatrix.com. I followed the instructions, set the Netlify DNS (nsone.net servers) a few days ago.

  • The Netlify subdomain expandmatrix.netlify.app works fine.
  • My DNS settings show as verified (:white_check_mark:) in the dashboard.
  • SSL certificate looks issued OK.
    But:
  • The domain keeps showing DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN or GoDaddy parking page (even after ~4 days).
  • Trying to renew the SSL gives DNS verification failed: expandmatrix.com doesn't appear to be served by Netlify.
