Hi Netlify Team,
I’m facing an SSL issue with my custom domain shamneet.online.
My setup
-
Registrar: GoDaddy
-
Nameservers:
DNS Records:
-
A → 75.2.60.5
-
A → 99.83.190.102
-
CNAME www → starlit-fox-d9a684.netlify.app
What I’ve verified
-
DNS propagation is complete worldwide (WhatsMyDNS).
-
The Netlify subdomain works correctly.
-
My custom domain is attached to the site.
-
SSL Labs reports:
-
75.2.60.5 → Grade A+
-
99.83.190.102 → Failed to communicate with the secure server
-
Netlify dashboard error
The HTTPS section says:
“shamneet.online doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”
Because of this, Let’s Encrypt renewal fails and browsers show ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
I’ve already:
-
Removed and re-added the custom domain.
-
Verified all DNS records.
-
Waited for DNS propagation.
Could someone please check whether the domain or certificate provisioning is stuck on Netlify’s side and reprovision the SSL certificate?
Site URL:
https://starlit-fox-d9a684.netlify.app
Custom Domain:
https://shamneet.online
Thank you.
