Hello,
My custom domain ixcheltravel.com has been failing to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for over an hour, despite DNS verification completing successfully.
Site: courageous-dusk-b8da67
Domain: ixcheltravel.com (apex) and www.ixcheltravel.com
DNS: Managed by Netlify DNS (nsone.net nameservers — confirmed correct delegation)
CAA records: None present (not blocking issuance)
“Verify DNS configuration”: Triggered — returns success. No CAA errors reported.
The certificate currently serving is only for *.netlify.app — ixcheltravel.com returns a TLS error in browsers. The Netlify dashboard shows the domain as “Awaiting certificate.”
This appears to be a provisioning queue issue on Netlify’s side rather than a DNS problem, as all DNS checks pass.
Could you please force-renew / re-trigger the Let’s Encrypt certificate for this site?
