I’m having an issue with my custom domain and I haven’t been able to access my website for several days.
Custom domain:
Error message:
“This site can’t be reached”
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Issue details:

The domain was working previously.

The website is currently unreachable from my browser.

DNS lookup appears to be failing with NXDOMAIN.

I have already contacted Netlify support by email multiple times but have not received a response.
Could someone please help me identify what is causing the domain to return NXDOMAIN and what steps I should take to restore access?
