Custom domain not resolving anywhere after 12+ hours - correct nameservers confirmed

Set geitasafetysupplies.com as primary domain for site “fantastic-gumdrop-03876b”.
WHOIS confirms correct nameservers (dns1-4.p07.nsone.net), matching Netlify DNS management page.

However, after 12+ hours:

  • DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN / DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG errors
  • whatsmydns.net shows zero propagation in any country
  • DNS records page for this domain shows no records at all

Site works fine at fantastic-gumdrop-03876b.netlify.app.
Domain was previously pointed to GitHub Pages via manually-added DNS records, which I deleted. This site’s domain management page shows “Netlify DNS propagating…” status.

Any help identifying why this zone isn’t resolving would be appreciated.
