Custom domain not redirecting to primary domain

My netlify site name is theqbcarousel.netlify.app (which works).

I have a custom domain, which is theqbcarousel.com (which doesn’t work).

I have set www.theqbcarousel.com (which also works) to be my primary domain.

As it says below, I was expecting theqbcarousel.com to be redirected to www.theqbcarousel.com, but there is no redirect and theqbcarousel.com does not work as a result (I think).

Why is the redirect not happening?

I’m pretty sure the issue here is just that you want the bare domain to be the primary, not www. Try switching the primary to the bare domain and see if that helps.
