Custom domain locked to inaccessible old account

Subject: Custom domain locked to inaccessible account - dukpremiumtravel.co.uk

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m trying to add my custom domain dukpremiumtravel.co.uk to my project (leafy-mochi-b3d8b9) under my team “Dukpttravel” (logged in with info@dukpremiumtravel.co.uk), but I get the error: “Another project is already using this domain.”

I checked all projects I currently have access to under this account and none of them have this domain attached. It appears the domain is still linked to an older Netlify site/account I set up previously and no longer have access to.

I am the registered owner of dukpremiumtravel.co.uk (registered via Namecheap) and would like to request that the domain be released/unlinked from whatever project it’s currently attached to, so I can connect it to my current project.

Could you please help me identify which account/site is holding this domain and release it? I’m happy to provide proof of domain ownership (Namecheap account access) if needed.

Hi, just following up — it’s been 10 days with no response and this is blocking my live business site from going live on its custom domain. I’m the verified owner of dukpremiumtravel.co.uk via Namecheap and can provide any proof needed. Would really appreciate help releasing the domain from the old account. Thank you.
