Custom domain is already added in other team issue

Hi Netlify Support,
I recently deleted a team that was managing the domain orielix.com. However, when I try to add the domain to my new team, I get the error saying it’s already managed by another team. It’s been over 1 hours since deletion.
Could you please help release the domain from the old DNS management so I can add it to my current project?

Hi, @Vansh_Kumawat. The account where that domain is in use was not deleted. It looks like you deleted the site (not the account) that was using the domain but you left the DNS zone active. You’ll need to delete the DNS zone on the previous account as well in order to use the domain on another team.
