I would like to move my domain to Netlify. The domain is
eclecticsaddlebag.com and after some research it appears it is hosted at Surge, with Cloudflare serving the CDN/DNS, and mail handled at Hushmail. The domain is handled at Hover.com.
Do you have a good document that would limit my downtime in migrating to Netlify?

Netlify DNS is service which allows you to manage DNS records for domains using our web UI (even for domains registered elsewhere).
