Custom domain gur-ari-ai.me keeps going offline / disconnecting repeatedly

Hi Netlify Support Team,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my custom domain gur-ari-ai.me, which is set as the primary domain for my Netlify project gurari-ai (gurari-ai.netlify.app).

The problem: The domain keeps going offline / disconnecting repeatedly. It becomes inaccessible for periods of time and then comes back, only to go down again. This is happening on a regular basis and is causing serious disruption to my project.

Setup details:

  • Netlify site name: gurari-ai.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: gur-ari-ai.me (Primary domain)
  • DNS: Netlify DNS (configured via Netlify’s nameservers)
  • www.gur-ari-ai.me redirects to primary domain

I have not made any changes to the DNS configuration, yet the domain intermittently stops resolving. Please help me investigate what is causing this issue and how to permanently fix it.
