Hello Netlify Support,

I recently set up my domain tenai.tech (and www.tenai.tech) with Netlify, using Squarespace DNS.
All DNS records are set as recommended:

A @ 75.2.60.5
A @ 99.83.190.102
CNAME www elegant-empanada-5c181f.netlify.app

  • dnschecker.org shows all records correctly worldwide (except for 1–2 nodes that are sometimes delayed).
  • Netlify project is deployed and the Netlify subdomain works fine.
  • Both tenai.tech and www.tenai.tech are sometimes online, sometimes completely unreachable, even after several hours.
  • „DNS verification failed“ appears intermittently in the Netlify dashboard.
  • I have not changed anything since the initial configuration.

I have already:
– Waited several hours for propagation
– Cleared cache, used incognito mode, tried mobile data
– Checked the troubleshooting guide (DNS & HTTPS troubleshooting tips | Netlify Docs)

Could you please manually check and provision a stable SSL certificate/connection for both domains?

Please remove the A record pointing to 99.83.190.102 as that’s incorrect. That should resolve the issue.
