I am the owner of the domain designerengenharia.com.
I successfully deployed my website on Netlify, but I cannot connect my custom domain.
When I try to add the domain, Netlify displays the following error:
“designerengenharia.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I only have access to the current Netlify team called:
ayres’s team
I checked all Netlify accounts that I currently have access to and I cannot find any other team associated with this domain.
I am the domain owner and can provide proof of ownership if necessary. The domain is currently registered and managed through Squarespace Domains.
Could you please investigate which Netlify account or team currently holds this domain and release or transfer it to my current team?
