Netlify site name: roaring-elf-013ab5.netlify.app (team: Care Dental Data’s Team)
Issue: I purchased the domain caredentaltenali.com via Cloudflare on Aug 8, 2026 (invoice IN74445799). When I try to add it as a custom domain to my Netlify project (roaring-elf-013ab5) via Domain management > Add a domain, I get this error:
“caredentaltenali.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
However, I only have one Netlify account/team, and I checked:
- Both my projects (roaring-elf-013ab5 and jocular-stroopwafel-300386) have no custom domain attached.
- My team’s Domains page shows “No domains available”.
So the domain does not appear to be attached anywhere in my own account, yet Netlify is blocking me from adding it, presumably due to a stale DNS zone record from a previous attempt or an orphaned record.
Could you please check on your end and release/remove any existing Netlify DNS zone for caredentaltenali.com so I can add it to my project? Thank you!
