Hi Netlify team,
I’m on the Free plan for my team “quanly_dn”(Free plan Effective from Aug 1, 300 credits/month). My billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon next to it) for the current billing period (Current billing period runs from Aug 1 to Aug 31.), but when I try to build/deploy, the system tells me my credits are exhausted and blocks the action.
This looks like a display or tracking bug, since the dashboard clearly shows unused credits remaining. Could you please check my account and let me know:
Why builds are being blocked despite available credits.
What the warning icon next to “30” credits means.
If this is a known issue, when it will be fixed.
