Costum domain doesn't work from some IP addresses

Dear all, I have a problem and would appreciate your help. I just started a website, deployed on Netlify (https://asalavaty.netlify.app/), bought a custom domain (https://asalavaty.com/) from NameCheap and connected the domain to Netlify DNSs. Also, Netlify enabled automatic TLS certificates with Let’s Encrypt for my domain.

However, whenever I try to load my website using its HTTP costume domain (http://asalavaty.com/) through a university IP address it returns a “Web Page Blocked” message. In detail, “Access to this web page has been blocked by the University in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures”. And when I load my website using its HTTPS costume domain (https://asalavaty.com/), the browser returns the following error message.

But, if I turn off University VPN or use any IP address other than the university IP address the site will correctly show up.

Though, when I use Netlify’s default domain name it works even on the university IP.

As my website is an academic personal website and I assume mostly university people would use it, it could be a serious problem if all universities block my website.

I appreciate any help,
Cheers,
Adrian

Hi, @mania.abbas. This is an error with the firewall software used by your university. We recommend contacting the vendor for that firewall to let them know about this error and have them correct it.
