Contact Form - Submission notification - wrong e-mail addresses

Hi support!
I have a problem regarding contact form notifications. We are using one contact form in our gatsby app, which works fine, except that we receive a notification to multiple e-mail addresses but we have only set up one of those e-mails.
This means: one (!) e-mail is triggered after a form submission, but ithas multiple ‘to’ adresses. Is there a way to change this? I already tried removing and adding the submission notification, but it doesn’t help.

I’m not seeing eviidence of any emails being sent from Netlify to:
