Connect to an other count

Hello,

I have some problem to work on two count. I’m a profesional user with my own count, but I needed to creat a new count for someone.
My problem is that when i try to connect on this new count, they told me that is not available. But if the other person try, it’s work.

There is a kind of security or limitation? Something with the mail? If yes, how can I resolve this?

Hey,
Sorry my english is not so good! I mean “account”. So I try to connect to an other account on Netlify for prepar the account for someone else, but I can’t connect to this other account on my computer…

Hello! What kind of error do you get when you try to log into the second account? Maybe post a screenshot so we can see what is happening.

It might also help if we know the slug/username of your main account and of the second account!
