Configuring DNS records for SendGrid

I’m trying to set up link branding in SendGrid and they’ve asked me to add some DNS records. An example is shown below.

The only issue is that they give me a ‘Value’ field and they say that usually means ‘Points to’ on some record.

However they also give me a ‘Host’ field which they say would be ‘Value’ on some DNS records.

And Netlify only has one slot for ‘Value’ when you’re adding a DNS record.

So I’m not sure which ‘Value’ to use in that slot. Can anyone guide me to getting this set up?

You need to put em4360 in Name (considering penthejourney.com is your domain name). The value will go in the value box.
