Collection items not listed

I developed a blog section on a hugo site and am using Netlify CMS to create/edit blog posts. This was all developed in a branch and everything was good. I merged the branch to master, updated the branch reference in static/admin/config.yml, and the collection items no longer display in the admin. The only item listed when viewing the collection is the main index file. The collection is set up as a folder collection and the folder structure is like this:

content/
    insights/
        index.md
        blog-post-a/index.md
        blog-post-b/index.md
        etc.

Locally, some of the items showed up but after clearing all storage/cache/etc I have the same issue as production.

Looking at the network (both locally & on production), I can see a successful connection to the bitbucket repo as well as the response with the 4 posts + the index file.

Here are the contents of my config.yml file (some parts omitted)

backend:
  name: bitbucket
  repo: adeptemployees/upright-website
  branch: master

collections:
  - name: "insights"
    indentifier_field: "linkTitle"
    label: "Insights"
    format: "toml-frontmatter"
    folder: "content/insights/"
    create: true
    media_folder: ""
    slug: "{{fields.linkTitle}}/index"

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

For anyone who comes across this, I solved it by adding a path to my collection (reference: Beta Features! | Netlify CMS | Open-Source Content Management System)

collections:
  - name: "insights"
    indentifier_field: "linkTitle"
    label: "Insights"
    format: "toml-frontmatter"
    folder: "content/insights/"
    create: true
    media_folder: ""
    slug: "{{fields.linkTitle}}/index"
    path: "{{fields.linkTitle}}/index.md"
