Clarify Support Level of Pro Plan


I was wondering if anyone could clarify the level of support included in the ‘Pro’ ($45/mo) plan. This page implies that paid plans include email support, but that isn’t listed on the features of the plan on the pricing page as far as I can see.

Any clarification much appreciated.

Hello @samuelmanzer, yes, the Pro team plan includes email support, just as the support page says. This allows you to get support through email in addition to the community.

I’ve also moved this topic over to the Support category rather than Admin, as it fits better there.
