on September 4th you sent us all an email about the new plans saying:
“Starting September 15th, you’ll be able to opt in to the new plan – compare your costs using our calculator to see what’s best for you.”
well now it’s October 17th and it’s still not possible to opt in to the new plan.
what happened?
