Hello Netlify Support team,
My site is experiencing an SSL provisioning lock with the following message on my dashboard:
“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because too many recent CertOrder creation with the site.”
My domains are already fully managed via Netlify DNS:
- aquentisenviroconsultancy.com (Primary)
- aquentisenviroconsultancy.com
- aquentisenviro.com (Alias)
- *.aquentisenviroconsultancy.com (Wildcard)
The current Let’s Encrypt certificate expires in 14 days (Sept 30). Could a support engineer please clear the internal block on the backend so the certificate can renew successfully?
