    We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved. Check our troubleshooting guide for more information on how to fix the problem, and then renew the certificate."

  • Steps tried: hitting renew certificate over and over; asking Netlify AI (ended up adding an A record in Cloudflare pointing typedb.com to 75.2.60.5 and verified using dig. Our existing CNAME that points www.typedb.com to apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com remains unchanged); verified *.typedb.com is not listed in domain settings; verified we don’t use automatic deploy subdomains against .typedb.com.

The current certificate expires in 12 days. Could you help find and fix the problem?
