Certificate provisioning stuck for 24+ hours (Netlify DNS, .co.kr domain)

Site name: quamtum1.netlify.app
Custom domain: quantummkt.co.kr

The SSL certificate has been stuck in provisioning for over 24 hours.
When I try to change the primary domain, I get this message:
“We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change
custom domains until that process completes” - but it never completes.

Already verified (all correct):

  • Registrar nameservers point to the assigned p05 cluster (dns1, dns2, dns3, dns4)
  • DNS zone has NETLIFY records for apex and www, plus one TXT record
  • No AAAA records on apex or www
  • No CAA records
  • “Verify DNS configuration” returns success
  • Domain resolves and serves over HTTP with status 200
  • HTTPS still serves the shared netlify.app wildcard certificate

Could a support engineer please flush the stale ACME job and
re-trigger certificate provisioning? Thank you.

I tried Ask Netlify first, and it confirmed the provisioning job
appears stuck at the backend level and recommended contacting support.

Still stuck after 2 days — any update? This is blocking our ad launch.
