Custom domains: upz.ph (apex — my registrar dot.ph cannot create apex records, so it has no DNS record yet) and www.upz.ph (CNAME set, resolves to Netlify). Certificate provisioning has been “in progress” for over an hour and blocks all domain changes (“you cannot change custom domains until that process completes”). Please cancel the pending provisioning so I can remove upz.ph and keep www.upz.ph as primary, or provision the certificate for www only. Thank you.
