Hi Netlify Support,
My site is: bostonskicenter.netlify.app
Custom domain: bostonskicenter.com
DNS verification was successful (A record @ → 75.2.60.5, CNAME www → bostonskicenter.netlify.app), but when I click “Provision certificate” I get the error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
I checked Ask Netlify first, and it also concluded this looks like a stale certificate record on my site that needs a manual reset — DNS is confirmed clean (no conflicting AAAA/multiple A/CAA records).
Could you please clear/reset the existing stale certificate record for my site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
