Hi Netlify Support,
My DNS verification is successful, but I cannot provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate.
Netlify site: cute-taiyaki-40b4d9.netlify.app
Custom domain: drink-pitstopcoffee.com
www domain: www.drink-pitstopcoffee.com
DNS provider: Squarespace / External DNS
My DNS is configured as:
A @ → 75.2.60.5
CNAME www → cute-taiyaki-40b4d9.netlify.app
Netlify confirms DNS verification is successful. However, when I provision the certificate, I receive:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate.”
Could you please check and reset/clear the existing SSL certificate state so a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate can be provisioned?
