I’m requesting assistance with the SSL certificate for my domain, [internetghost.co].
The domain was transferred/connected between Shopify and Netlify, and we have completed the required DNS configuration. We verified that the DNS records and nameserver settings are correct, but it has now been over 24 hours and the SSL certificate is still not being issued.
The website is showing that the certificate is unavailable or still pending, which is preventing the domain from loading securely through HTTPS.
Could you please review the domain configuration and confirm:
- Whether the DNS records are resolving correctly
- Whether there are any conflicting Shopify or Netlify DNS records
- Why the SSL certificate has not been provisioned
- Whether the certificate can be manually reissued or renewed
