when trying to verify dns configuration it says lets encrypt cannot provide certificate. i have emailed support but am not getting any feed back on my reply.
Hi, @casscloud87-code. We have replied multiple times to the multiple support tickets you have opened. Why would you say you are not getting any feedback?
I have received only two responses one was that my a hosts where conflicting in which i deleted and was told my certificate would provision almost immediately. I did not and I never recieved a response from that submission. So i waited 24 hours and opened another which asked me alot of info which i had already provided in the first email. its been going on 3 days now and still not recieved a solid answer or solution.. I can’t have my buisness offline for this long without negative impact.
