The error message changes between attempts:
1. “not resolvable with a resolver that validates DNSSEC”
2. “query timed out looking up A/AAAA for system.noahshipping.co.kr”
3. “doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” (current)
What I have verified: - Domain is UNSIGNED. DNSViz confirms co.kr proves no DS record exists for noahshipping.co.kr. There is no DNSSEC to disable anywhere.
- Switched from CNAME (noahshipping.netlify.app) to A record 75.2.60.5 today. nslookup via 8.8.8.8 returns 75.2.60.5 correctly.
- Flushed Google Public DNS cache for A and AAAA. - No Cloudflare or any proxy in front of Netlify.
- curl confirms “Server: Netlify” in response headers.
- The certificate was issued Mar 11 and renewed successfully on May 10 with the same nameservers (ns1.uhost.co.kr / ns2.uhost.co.kr, Korean registrar INAMES), so something changed recently on the validation side.
All causes listed in the troubleshooting guide have been ruled out. Could you please repair the certificate manually? Happy to provide any additional diagnostics.
- The “Renew certificate” button in the modal is greyed out because DNS verification fails first, so I cannot even trigger a retry manually.
