Can't login with Email / Password?

I add a user to my Netlify team, they sign up, set a password and when they try to login to the site CMS I get this:

Reset password does the same thing, the email is catherine@petitcactus.design

I don’t understand why the username is not found.

Me neither, Phil - I just checked your account and it looks proper:

email is what you signed up for the forums with (all letters lowercase, using your primary github email - make sure you aren’t capitalizing in the login form!) and password is set.

You can also login via github though.

I’m so dumb, I didn’t realize that I wasn’t using Netlify Identity, the login form was the one for the site, not the Netlify login.
