Can't login - infinite loading animation

I can’t log in to netlify. Whenever I try, I see this animation loading screen:

The animation runs indefinitely and I never see my dashboard.

I originally tried to log in with GitHub, and got this loading screen indefinitely.

I cleared my browser cache and more of the same.

I reset my password and logged in that way - same infinite loading screen.

A site I am hosting with this account seems to be down. And it is for a client of mine, so I’d really appreciate being able to log in and see what’s going on as quickly as possbile. Thank you.

EDIT: I originally tried in chrome, then in an incognito window of chrome, then firefox, then safari. I’m experiencing the same issue across all these browsers.

@oldbunchofkeys I’ve never seen any solid confirmation of what causes this, but I believe it can happen if your account is locked/suspended.

thank you, although I don’t think i have committed any fraud nor abuse. I simply have one single page application hosted thru my account that I’ve had for a handful of years with no problems.

Regardless, I will go ahead and fill out a ticket. thank you.

@oldbunchofkeys I’ve also seen the issue occur due to non-payment, so there may be a range of causes.

As I understand it, creating a ticket via that form is for all “Login/Signup issues”, so it’s still a safe bet.

Thanks for the help. It turns out my account was cancelled because of a billing issue. I paid the balance and now everything seems to be working OK.
