Subject: “brinc.io or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team” error when adding subdomain
We are trying to attach a custom subdomain to our Netlify site:

k-tourism-vietnam.brinc.io
Our root domain (brinc.io) is managed via Cloudflare DNS, where we have already configured a CNAME record pointing k-tourism-vietnam.brinc.io to joyful-platypus-49d0f9.netlify.app.
However, when trying to add k-tourism-vietnam.brinc.io in the Netlify admin panel, we receive the following error:
“brinc.io or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
None of our teammates are actively using the k-tourism-vietnam.brinc.io subdomain in their Netlify accounts.
How can we resolve this domain conflict and successfully bind this subdomain to our site?
Checked the AI. We might need to add the TXT record to prove this sub domain owned by us. Let me what can I do, thanks
